Daniel B. has extensive experience in internal auditing, with roles at various companies. Daniel started their career at Electrica SA as a Reviser/Controller in Internal Financial Control from 1991 to 1999. Daniel then joined OMV Petrom as an Internal Auditor, where they performed operational and system, compliance, and financial audits. Daniel also reviewed transactions, recommended improvements, and ensured compliance with regulations. Daniel's role at OMV Petrom evolved to being a Senior Internal Auditor, where they developed and updated audit engagement plans and checklists and coordinated with other departments to develop new procedures and processes. Additionally, they administered and updated the IT Tool "Audit FUP" for all 3 Hubs of the OMV Group's audit community. After leaving OMV Petrom, Daniel worked as a Document Processor at K12, where they reviewed and processed enrollment applications and ensured compliance with state guidelines. Daniel then worked as a Senior Internal Auditor - contractor at Kaiser Permanente, contributing to the audit planning process and developing objectives for detailed test procedures. Currently, Daniel is the Lead Internal Auditor at USAC.

Daniel B. earned an Engineer's Degree in Metallurgy from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1986 to 1991. Daniel then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1991 to 1996. Later, they obtained a Master's Degree in Fiscal, Financial and Accounting Audit from Bucharest University of Economic Studies from 2004 to 2005.
