Sarah Ferguson

Sarah Ferguson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program analysis and support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Analyst at the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since June 2021, Sarah has progressed through multiple roles such as Program Analyst and Assistant Program Analyst. Prior to USAC, Sarah worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters Services, Inc. as an Enrollment and Match Support Specialist and held positions at Rainbow Station, I Love Juice Bar LLC, and Oak Hill School, where responsibilities included program coordination, operational support, and fostering effective communication among teams. Sarah holds a Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University.
