Aaron Coy

Aaron Coy is a seasoned Project Manager and Estimator at Universal Spiral Air, with a tenure starting in December 2009, overseeing 40 construction projects for over ten clients. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of project specifications, client requirements, and job site conditions related to successful project bids. Prior to this, Aaron Coy was the owner of Coy Concrete Construction, LLC, from June 2002 to November 2009, where design and installation of residential flatwork concrete in the West Michigan area were managed, along with overseeing a four-man crew and handling all aspects of scheduling, billing, tax, and insurance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, with additional studies at Western Michigan University and Grand Valley State University.
