John J. Arminas

John J. Arminas is the current VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Universal Stainless & Alloy Products. Prior to this, they served as Corporate Counsel for the company from November 2013 to April 2020. In this role, they provided legal counsel to all departments of the company and its subsidiaries, negotiated high-value long-term agreements with customers, and advised the company on labor and employment matters.

Before joining Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, John was an attorney at Goldberg Kamin & Garvin from October 2004 to November 2013.

John J. Arminas completed their Juris Doctorate at Duquesne University School of Law and their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Bethany College.

John J. Arminas reports to Dennis M. Oates, Chairman, President & CEO. They are on a team with Christopher M. Zimmer - EVP & Chief Commercial Officer, Graham Mcintosh - EVP & CTO, and Wendel L. Crosby - VP of Manufacturing.
