Blair Hammond currently serves as a Financial Management Analyst at Universal Strategy Group, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in budget planning and execution for a multi-billion dollar budget. Previously, Blair worked in the United States Senate as a Legislative Correspondent, managing legislative agendas and engaging with stakeholders on a wide range of issues including foreign affairs and human rights. Additional experience includes roles as a Staff Assistant and Intern in the Senate, an Intern at Venn Strategies focusing on tax and healthcare policy, and an Admission Counselor/Recruiter at New Mexico Military Institute. Blair holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of New Mexico, with further studies at the University of Leeds.
