T. Gwyddon ‘data’ O. has a diverse work experience in the field of Cyber and Technology. They have held various roles in different organizations, starting with their current position as the Director of Cyber and Technology at Universal Strategy Group, Inc. (USGI). They also served as a Senior Manager / Squadron Commander where they led a team supporting US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) and National Security Agency (NSA) in various sensitive operations. T. Gwyddon ‘data’ O. integrated virtual reality (VR) into language analytics during this time.

Prior to their career in the Air Force, T. Gwyddon ‘data’ O. worked as an International Liaison / Royal Air Force Exchange Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence. They started their career in 2003 in the United States Air Force where they held positions such as Manager / Director of Operations and Executive Director / Plans, Programs & Information Security Flight Commander.

T. Gwyddon ‘data’ O. has a Master's degree and has also worked as an NSA Intern and Computer Network Operations Development Program (CNODP) Intern during their time at the United States Air Force. They have a proven track record in offensive cyber operations, including the creation of the Air Force's first Offensive Cyber Training Unit with a 100% pass rate over two years. Additionally, they built a digital Red Team that made a 2000-person base four times more resistant to network attacks compared to their peers.

T. Gwyddon 'data' O. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, which was obtained from 1997 to 2003. They then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Webster University from 2004 to 2006. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. They have also obtained various certifications in cybersecurity and computer networks from the National Security Agency and other institutions, with the latest certification being Tailored Access Operations Network Exploiter (ANX) from 2016.
