Audrey Langerman

Audrey Langerman has over two decades of experience in digital marketing and ticketing administration, currently serving as Senior Manager at Universal Studios Hollywood since July 2001. In this role, Audrey has successfully led the implementation of a new e-commerce platform that enhanced conversion rates and increased unique visitors. Previous positions at Universal Studios included Manager and Associate Manager of E-Commerce, where responsibilities ranged from content creation for ticketing sites to technical support during platform transitions. Earlier career roles at KCET involved developing marketing materials and launching a client database, while the experience at Knott's Berry Farm focused on contract negotiations and budget management for tourism operations. Audrey holds a BA in Communications from UC Santa Barbara and an MA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
