Iana Diaz

Iana Diaz is an experienced construction manager specializing in electrical and HVAC maintenance at Universal Studios Hollywood since June 2017. Over the years, Iana has held various positions, including assistant manager in facilities maintenance and rides technical services, where responsibilities included overseeing equipment setup, repair, and maintenance per organizational standards. Iana also served as a supervisor for rides technical services, managing daily operations, safety inspections, and resource coordination, while maintaining clear communication with park management. Previous experience at Jiffy Lube and Discount Tire involved customer service and technical expertise in automotive care. Iana is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, having previously completed education at Penn Foster Group and John Burroughs High School.
