Jen Ridgway currently serves as a VIP Guide at Universal Studios Hollywood, specializing in creating personalized and unforgettable guest experiences through exclusive tours. Previously, Jen held the position of Studio Tour Guide, sharing behind-the-scenes insights at one of the world's largest movie studios. As a Marketing Consultant for Meggers Management Group, Jen enhanced marketing strategies and identified growth opportunities through market research. Jen also excelled as Market Center Administrator and Chief Financial Officer at Keller Williams West Ventura County, overseeing operations and achieving significant revenue growth.
