Rebecca Johnson

Rebecca Johnson is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance with extensive experience in the entertainment and restaurant industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of QA/Food Safety at Universal Studios Hollywood since September 2017, Rebecca has also held the position of Manager of Food Safety/Quality Assurance at NBCUniversal during the same timeframe. Prior to this, Rebecca Johnson was with The Cheesecake Factory from November 2007 to September 2023, where responsibilities included roles as Sr. Specialist in Food Safety Quality Systems, Training Coordinator, and New Restaurant Opening Coordinator. Rebecca holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Northridge, earned between 2003 and 2005.
