Don Miller

Don Miller has over 25 years of experience in the automotive field, currently serving as the Lead Technical Team Leader and Instructor at Universal Technical Institute in Houston, Texas, since 2003. Miller specializes in electrical and drivability courses, focusing on areas such as electronic fundamentals, diagnostics, emissions, ignition systems, and hybrid vehicle operations. An ASE Automotive Master Technician since 1988, Miller holds multiple ASE certifications, including Advanced Drivability and Hybrid Vehicle certifications. Prior experience includes roles as an Auto Technician and Shop Manager at independent and manufacturer-specific repair facilities, where Miller played a key role in establishing new service centers and enhancing operational procedures. Miller's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Automotive and Diesel Technology from Universal Technical Institute and additional credit hours in Electronics/Computer Systems from North Harris County College.
