James Baird

James Baird has extensive work experience in business development, revenue optimization, and customer operations. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Universal Technical Institute, Inc., where they collaborate with industry leaders to develop innovative education programs. Prior to this, James held a position as National Business Development at DBSI-Inc from 2018 to 2021. James also worked at Keap from 2015 to 2018 as a Revenue and Customer Optimization specialist. Before that, James served as the Managing Partner, Revenue and Customer Operations at Red Rocket Group from 2010 to 2015. James began their career at Citolink in 2001 as the Vice President of Operations and remained in this role until 2010.

James Baird received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Utah Valley University in 1999-2001. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Utah Valley University in 2010-2012.
