Rekha Sareen

Rekha Sareen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Rekha started their career in 1997 at Crowe Horwath LLP, where they worked as a Consultant in Client Services, focusing on enhancing performance and profitability for clients in the financial services industry. In 2000, they joined LeapSource as a Senior Consultant, overseeing strategic reviews, process design, and finance and accounting operations. From 2001 to 2006, they served as EVP of Finance & HR at Leadership Network Corporation, managing the organization's financial affairs and developing strategic and operating plans. In 2007, they became the Principal and CFO of Leadership Solutions, Inc., where they handled financial aspects, developed financial models, and established key client and partner relationships. Rekha furthered their consulting experience at Jefferson Wells from 2008 to 2010, focusing on technology risk management. Rekha then joined Ensynch in 2010 as a Consultant in Business Technology Services. Rekha started their tenure at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in 2010 and held multiple positions, including Manager, Technology Solutions; Director, IT Governance & Solution Delivery; Vice President, IT Operations and Governance; and most recently as Vice President, Strategy and Transformation. In 2016, they also worked as Vice President for BrokenMyth Studios, a Universal Technical Institute Company. Rekha Sareen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.
