Dorene Fearon

Dorene Fearon has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Dorene is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS), where they collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement HR programs. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at UTRS, responsible for various HR functions such as employee relations, benefits and compensation, legal compliance, and talent management.
