Pat Napolitano

Pat Napolitano has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Pat currently serves as the Vice President of Prototype Manufacturing at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) since December 2020. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Prototype Engineering at UTRS from October 2018 to December 2020, and earlier served as a Program Manager from March 2011 to October 2018.

Before joining UTRS, Pat worked at Cardo Medical as Manager of Product Development from August 2008 to March 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Lucent Technologies as an MTS from 2000 to 2008.
