Ethan Stanley has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Ethan currently holds the position of Vice President of Tennis Operations & Products at Universal Tennis since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Tennis Operations and Products from August 2021 to February 2023. Before moving up the ranks, Ethan worked as the Manager of Tournament Products and Programs from January to July 2021, and as a Product Program Manager for Events from January 2019 to January 2021. Their earliest role at Universal Tennis was as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked on events and product development from May 2017 to January 2019.
Before joining Universal Tennis, Ethan gained valuable experience as an Athletic Event Management Student Assistant at The University of Tennessee - Athletics from June 2014 to June 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Event Presentation Intern with the Charlotte Hornets in May 2015 for a three-month period. Overall, Ethan Stanley has held various positions, displaying their expertise in tennis operations, product management, event management, and customer success in the sports industry.
Ethan Stanley completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Recreation & Sport Management with a concentration in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended the same university from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration. Their major field of study during this time was Recreation and Sport Management, and they also pursued a minor in Business Administration. Before starting their undergraduate studies, Ethan briefly attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Ethan obtained certification in Standard First Aid; Adult, Child & Infant CPR & AED from the Emergency Care & Safety Institute, under the guidance of instructor Joe Wiram, in November 2012.
