Maddie Pothoff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Maddie began their career as a Student-Athlete at The University of Alabama in 2016 and later transferred to Santa Clara University, where they continued as a Student-Athlete and also took on the role of Athletics Intern at the Bronco Bench Foundation.
During their time at Santa Clara University, they represented the Women's Tennis team as a Women's Tennis Representative for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
Maddie then gained experience in the tennis industry as a US Open Player Operations Intern at the United States Tennis Association (USTA) in 2018 and later became the US Open Player Services/Operations Manager in 2021.
