At the intersection of technology and trust, Accenture and NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL have joined forces to redefine the future of digital interactions. Together, we are pioneering a transformative digital wallet infrastructure, UWI, that empowers businesses and individuals alike to thrive in a connected and intelligent digital ecosystem.

UWI aims to overcome the challenges presented by the current data model due to data silos, leading to fragmented and disconnected experiences across platforms and applications. It provides an integrated, user-centric layer that connects identity, money, and objects, enabling a seamless experience powered by intelligence and unlocking new forms of value.

Consumers gain agency over their personal data, ensuring transparency in transactions and robust security at the core. For businesses, we unlock new ways to engage with consumers through personalized, AI-driven interactions, while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and privacy. By enabling interoperability between wallet holders, data providers and data consumers—underpinned by common standards and governance—we enable a frictionless, secure, and human-centered approach to data management and interactions.

With $60 trillion in transactions expected to flow through digital wallets by 2028, UWI’s capabilities and services are paving the way for intelligent, AI-driven interactions that enhance both consumer and business experiences.

As trusted leaders in the tech world, Accenture and NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL are proud to lead this transformation, setting a new standard for trust and innovation in the digital economy.
