Edwin Ndzi is a Senior Scrum Master at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. since July 2020, with a robust background in Agile methodologies and project management. Previously, Edwin held the position of Scrum Master at UHS from August 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included resolving impediments, facilitating various Agile ceremonies, and managing project activities in JIRA, along with creating tracking metrics. Earlier roles include Business Analyst and IT Administrator, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Edwin’s experience is further complemented by a project management role in residential renovations, as well as extensive technical expertise as an electrician in both the U.S. Navy and the construction sector. Educational qualifications include degrees from Southern Connecticut State University and specialized training in Cyber Security and Electrician skills.
