Tanisha Neely, MBA, is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in productivity management and performance improvement. Since January 2010, Tanisha has held various positions at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., including Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor in Global Regulatory Services, where leadership and employee development have been key responsibilities.
