Tonia Wells, MBA, is an accomplished Information Technology Project Manager with extensive experience overseeing high-value strategic projects in sectors such as ERP implementation, disaster recovery, and community engagement. Currently, Tonia leads technology initiatives at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. and has a diverse background, having also served as an Owner/Chief Executive Officer at Mocha Tonez and an Independent Sales Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics.
