Kristie Dover-Salley is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Universal Yarn since May 2019, Kristie has honed skills in team management and customer relations. Prior to this role, Kristie worked for McKesson from September 1999 to May 2019 as an Administrative Assistant, collaborating with various departments to foster business growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Teacher for two-year-olds at First Assembly Child Care from March 1992 to September 1999, where Kristie focused on teaching and guiding young children with care and compassion. Kristie holds an education from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College as well as Northwest Cabarrus High School.
