Meng Shui is a seasoned creative director and brand strategist currently serving as the VP of Creative at Universal Yums since 2025. They co-founded New Practice Studio, where they managed a multidisciplinary team and delivered successful branding projects across various sectors from 2018 to 2024. Previously, as a creative director at Thinx Inc., they spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives that transformed the conversation around menstruation while overseeing multiple brand launches. With a strong foundation in design, crowned with a Master’s degree in Branding from the School of Visual Arts, Meng continues to drive business growth and build iconic brands.
