Coming up with our own ideas and solutions keeps copy-cats and competitors far out of view, because they’ll never be able to replicate what makes each of us unique. Cookies are there in that sentence because it’s an original, never-before-seen alliteration.

    We take pride in our work because it is a reflection of ourselves. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because we know what we are capable of, and we want others to know it too.

  • Open-Mindedness

    Whether you're trying a spicy mango gummy or testing a new process to make your work more efficient, the willingness to change your opinions or beliefs is what makes all the difference. When you look at new information with an open mind, you’ll grow as a person, learn faster, and probably discover a new favorite snack.

    We want a better company than what we had yesterday. We want a better world than what we had yesterday. Optimism is the belief that the odds of a good outcome are in our favor over time, even when there are setbacks along the way.
