John Santana

John Santana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, operations, and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Management and Operations at the Peace Corps since November 2016, John oversees finance, human resources, and general operations. Additionally, John contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad APEC, teaching courses in logistics, maintenance engineering, and quality control. Prior experience includes co-owning IDOLO, where consultancy focused on supply chain management and training programs, and holding key positions in various organizations, including Engineering and Project Director at Consorcio Minerdomsa Caribe and Finance and Administration Director at COIN. John holds a Master's degree in Administration and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
