Judith Clifton

Judith Clifton is currently a Full Professor at Universidad de Cantabria, with a focus on public service reform. Judith is also an Editor-in-Chief at Taylor & Francis Group and a Co-Editor at Cambridge Journal of Regions, Economy and Society. Judith has experience as a Senior Consultant at The World Bank and as an Expert on Public Sector at the European Public Service Union. With a DPhil in Political Economy from the University of Oxford, Judith has a strong background in researching and analyzing economic policy reform, public administration transformation, and European financial architecture.
