Daniel Montalva

Daniel Montalva currently serves as Decano of the Facultad de Derecho at Universidad de Las Américas since August 2021 and holds the position of Secretario General at Cámara Nacional de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo de Chile since July 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Asociado Senior at Acuña & Escabini Abogados from September 2015 to July 2017, and Abogado at Instituto Libertad y Desarrollo from September 2010 to August 2014. Daniel Montalva began a legal career as an Abogado at Tuane & Cia Abogados from March 2008 to August 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Derecho from Duke University School of Law (2014-2015) and a legal degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005, following a Bachiller degree in 2000-2001.
