Sandra Diaz

Sandra Diaz, Ph.D., currently serves as the Executive Director at the Universidad de Los Andes Foundation since January 2020. Prior to this role, Sandra held various leadership positions including Vice President of Leadership Gifts for the Northeast Region at Teach for America and Senior Director of Development at The National "I Have A Dream" Foundation. Additionally, Sandra has experience as Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Ramapo College of New Jersey and has held multiple roles at Rutgers University Foundation, including Executive Director of Annual Giving and Director of Reunion Campaigns. Earlier in Sandra's career, positions included Director of Annual Giving at New Jersey City University and Major Gift Officer at Fordham Law School, among other development roles. Sandra holds a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University, an MPA in Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a BA in Political Science and Women's Studies from Rutgers University.
