Mihály Sugár

Mihály Sugár's work experience includes various roles at the Universidad de Monterrey, starting in 2008. Mihály has served as the Head of Online Education, Agile Teams / Digital Transformation, and Director of Instructional Design. Prior to that, they were the Social Science Academy Director and a Teacher/Subject Coordinator at the same university. Mihály also has experience as a Supervisor of the lounge-bar area at Princesa Sofia Hotel.

Mihály Sugár holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Budapest Business University from 2002 to 2006. In addition, Mihály has obtained various certifications, including being a Google Certified Educator in 2016 and a Certified ScrumMaster® in 2021. Mihály has also received additional certifications in coaching, agile coaching, digital badge issuance, and management.
