Nery G.

Nery G. has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. They began their career as a Management Consultant at Azarmehr Law Group, where they established new filing procedures and reviewed immigration cases. They then transitioned to roles such as an Intern at Pro Mujer, Research Assistant at The Earth Institute, and Intern at ALAS Foundation/Fundación ALAS, where they conducted research and assisted in various projects. Nery also worked as a Spanish Tutor at Columbia University, assisting graduate and Ph.D. students. They later joined Center for Work-Life Policy as an Intern and Alliance Abroad Group as an Operations Manager. Nery's most recent role was at Universidad de Monterrey, where they served as the Executive Director of Marketing Communications and Adjunct Professor. In this role, they developed and executed marketing strategies, managed the institutional brand plan, and oversaw the implementation of marketing campaigns. They also worked as the Chief of Staff in the Board of Trustees Office/Office of the President, reporting directly to the university president and board president.

Nery G. obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2023 to 2025. Nery also holds a Master's in International Affairs with a focus on Economic & Political Development from Columbia | SIPA, earned from 2009 to 2011. Nery 'sbachelor's degree in International Studies was obtained from Universidad de Monterrey between 2001 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, Nery has obtained various certifications, including Strategic Thinking for the CXO from the University of Cambridge in 2022, and Creative Leadership from Cannes Lions School in 2021.
