Rigo Almaguer is an accomplished architect and educator with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently, Rigo serves as a Profesor de media planta at Universidad de Monterrey since July 2022 and has been a Teacher at ITESM Campus Monterrey focusing on community projects in Architectural Design IV from August 2009 to June 2024. As the Founder and Director of WRKSHP architecture+urbanism in Monterrey since October 2007, Rigo leads innovative architectural endeavors. Previous experience includes serving as Projects Leader for Architecture for Humanity Monterrey Chapter from July 2010 to December 2013 and as a Former Partner at LOG/MR from July 2003 to September 2007. Rigo holds a Master's degree in Urban Studies from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a degree in Architecture from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
