Antonio Pineda-Lucena

Antonio Pineda-Lucena, PhD, currently serves as the Scientific Director at Cima Universidad de Navarra since May 2019, focusing on translational research aimed at addressing clinical challenges. In addition, Antonio holds several leadership roles, including Director of the Molecular Therapeutics Program and Deputy Director at Navarra Health Cluster, and Executive Committee Member at the Cancer Center of Clínica Universidad de Navarra. Antonio is also involved in the scientific management of a business incubator at the University of Navarra and serves as an advisor and board member for Hemostatics. Prior experience includes heading the Drug Discovery Unit at IIS La Fe, and various positions in prominent research institutions and pharmaceutical companies such as AstraZeneca and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. Antonio's academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry and postdoctoral research training, complemented by business administration studies at IESE Business School.
