Jose Angel Partearroyo Martin

Jose Angel Partearroyo is a Law graduate from the Martin University of Salamanca who specialized in European Union Law. He also holds a Master's degree in Legal Assessment for Business. He is a former lecturer in Commercial Law and a member of the board of the State Industrial Share Company (SEPI).
