Alexy Acuña

Alexy Acuña is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as Gerente Actuarial at Crecer Seguros since September 2023 and as a part-time professor of Applied Statistics at Universidad del Pacífico. With a strong background in actuarial science, Alexy held the position of Senior Actuary for Individual Marketplace at WTW from January to October 2023, leading the actuarial team in Peru. Previously, Alexy was Gerente Actuarial at Crecer Seguros from November 2016 to June 2020, where responsibilities included implementing actuarial models and meeting audit requirements. Additional career experience includes roles as Jefe Actuarial at Pacífico Seguros and Analista Actuarial at Seguros Sura, focusing on life and annuities. Alexy holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, along with a Diploma Internacional de Reaseguros from Escuela Seguros de Chile.
