Ruth Marchino

Ruth Marchino is currently serving as an Asistente de Selección at Universidad del Pacífico since May 2023, following a role as Asistente de Recursos Humanos at Clínica de Especialidades Médicas from February 2021 to May 2023. In previous positions, Ruth demonstrated skills in end-to-end recruitment, HR indicators management, employee performance evaluation using the Nine Box methodology, and fostering organizational culture.
