Andrea Martinez

Andrea Martinez is a legal professional and educator with extensive experience in intellectual property and data protection. Currently serving as a Professor at Universidad de los Andes and Universidad del Rosario, Andrea also co-chairs the IAPP Bogota KnowledgeNet Chapter Program. As a Partner and Head of Intellectual Property and Data Protection at Martinez Devia & Asociados, Andrea has been instrumental in shaping practices since 2015. Previous roles include intellectual property researcher at V International Fine Arts Publishing Inc. and research assistant at California Western School of Law. Andrea holds an LL.M. in Comparative Law with an emphasis on Intellectual Property from California Western School of Law and a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes.
