Manuel Guerrero Gaitan

Manuel Guerrero Gaitan serves as the Director of the Intellectual Property Department at Universidad Externado de Colombia since July 2002, while also working as a Consultant in Intellectual Property and Research Professor. In 2015, Manuel became the Founder Partner of Guerrero & Asociados PI. Additionally, Manuel has been an advisor on Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for the Ejército Nacional de Colombia since July 2017. Previous roles include advisory positions in technology transfer and intellectual property for the Ejército Nacional de Colombia and the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, as well as leading positions at DSH ABOGADOS and CORE B&B. Manuel's educational background includes a PhD in Technology Transfer from Alicante University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Universitat d'Alacant.
