Cristian Encina

Cristian Encina currently serves as the Americas Unified Programs Lead at Microsoft, overseeing Unified Support Programs across the US, Canada, and LATAM since March 2019. Prior roles include Business Group Director for Unified Support in Latin America, and Modern Workplace Product Marketing Manager focusing on SMB solutions. Cristian is also a part-time professor at Universidad Finis Terrae, teaching Strategic Marketing and Services Marketing/Sales Management. Before returning to Microsoft, Cristian held multiple leadership positions at Oracle, including Director of Customer Programs and Director of Alliances and Channel Sales, where notable achievements include exceeding sales quotas and initiating key cloud strategies. Cristian's earlier career includes significant roles at Microsoft and Citi, complemented by a strong educational background with an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and various specialized management and marketing certifications.
