Hector Camilo Bello Wilches

Hector Camilo Bello Wilches serves as the Coordinador de Proyectos del Área de Humanidades at Universidad Francisco Marroquín since January 2024, teaching courses in critical reasoning, philosophy, classical and contemporary political thought, ethical theories, professional ethics, and philosophy of science. Currently, Hector is also the Director de publicaciones at Instituto Fe y Libertad and holds positions as a catedrático titular at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, Universidad de Occidente Oficial, and Universidad del Istmo, delivering courses in effective communication, scientific thinking, Austrian School of Economics, and contemporary world history, among others. Hector has previous experience as an auxiliary teacher and has worked in production management and graphic design roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Editorial Design and Digital Publications, a Diploma in Graphic Design, a Bachelor's in Philosophy, and ongoing studies for a Master's in Hispanic Studies at Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
