Sofia Chavarria

Sofia Chavarria is an accomplished educator and professional in the food industry with a diverse background. Currently serving as a university professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín since July 2021, Sofia guides students in multidisciplinary projects related to the food sector, facilitating connections with mentors in areas such as administration and marketing. In addition, Sofia holds the position of Head of Research and Development at Quino's Pizzeria, where responsibilities include product development and marketing strategies aimed at brand growth. As the founder and hands-on consultant at Chavarria Consulting, Sofia provides expert guidance and has previously worked as a teacher at Bibliotech Guatemala, contributing to personalized educational plans for primary and secondary students.
