Ruben Cesar possesses extensive experience in entrepreneurship education and development, serving as an Investigador docente at Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento since 1998, focusing on the formation and training of entrepreneurs. Currently, Ruben acts as Coordinador de contenidos at Fundacion INVAP, where the emphasis is on developing scientific and technological ventures. As an Entrepreneurship Advisor at Lee Hecht Harrison, personal technical guidance is provided to aspiring business creators. Additionally, Ruben serves as a Consultant for the United Nations, analyzing economic projects for development, and has held notable positions within the Argentine Ministry of Productive Development, including Director of Academia Argentina Emprende.
