Bret Crane

Bret Crane is an experienced academic and consultant in the field of leadership, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business since April 2021 and as a Fulbright Scholar and Visiting Professor at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid since September 2021. Previously, Bret held positions as an Assistant Professor of Leadership at Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Visiting Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Business, and an Associate at AlignOrg Solutions, providing expertise in strategy and organizational design. Bret's industry experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Centex Homes, where operational changes were led, and as Project Manager for new neighborhoods. Educational credentials include a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a BA in International Studies from the same institution.
