Mauro Gilfournier is a distinguished architect and academic with extensive experience in both practice and education. As the Founder and Director of Arquitecturas Afectivas since January 2020, Mauro promotes the concept of architecture as an emotive medium. Concurrently serving as an Associate Professor of Architectural Projects at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Mauro previously held various academic positions, including International Cátedra Guest Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Director of the TFM Master in Urbanism and Cities at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
