Carlos MacHicao

Carlos Machicao serves as the HR Manager at Allied Universal since March 2023, leading a team focused on Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Union Relations. With extensive experience in Human Resources, Carlos also holds a position as a Professor at Universidad Privada Boliviana, teaching subjects related to Human Resources and Leadership. Previous roles include Head of People and Talent Acquisition at PedidosYa, HR Manager for PwC's Papua New Guinea branch, and Learning and Development Coordinator at Cervecería Boliviana Nacional. Carlos's career began at PwC as a Senior Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Carlos holds an MBA from CESMA Business School, an Organizational Psychology degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
