Luis Carlos Meron Jaen

Luis Carlos Meron Jaen is currently serving as an Asistente de investigación at the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, focusing on the RETINA project, which involves the documentation, research, and development of a LoRa network for assistive devices aimed at helping individuals with disabilities. Additionally, since March 2022, Luis has been an Asistente de investigación at Fab Lab UTP, contributing to the Marea Verde project, which works on creating a machine for recycling plastic in collaboration with the NGO. Luis holds a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and previously obtained a Bachiller in Sciences and Letters from Colegio Episcopal de Panamá.
