Mariela Salgado

Mariela Salgado possesses extensive leadership experience in education, financial services, and project management. Currently serving as the General Director of the Instituto Nacional de Formación Profesional y Capacitación para el Desarrollo Humano (INADEH) since May 2021, Mariela has also held key roles, including Coordinator of the UINNOVA Commission at the Consejo de Rectores de Panamá and General Director of Knowledge Management and Transfer at the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. Previous positions include Vice President and CEO of Green Investment Corp. and Green Tourist Agency, and various managerial roles in banking. Mariela's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Sciences and numerous advanced degrees, focusing on business administration, education, and finance.
