Vanessa Cortina Zanetti

Vanessa Cortina Zanetti is a Doctoral Researcher at Universidade Estadual de Campinas since March 2024, with a diverse background in food science and engineering. Previously, Vanessa completed a Master's degree in Food Science at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from March 2022 to March 2024, and held positions including a Trainee and Project Director at Consultali, as well as various research roles at Instituto Federal Catarinense, where projects focused on the stability of gluten-free cookies and the development of health-oriented food products. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Instituto Federal Catarinense and specialized training in quality management and animal product technology.
