Andrêza Alencar

Andrêza Alencar is an accomplished academic and researcher with a strong background in computer science and data management. Currently serving as a professor at multiple institutions including the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE) and the Federal University of Pernambuco, Andrêza specializes in Big Data and unconventional databases. Additionally, Andrêza holds a research position at FIOCRUZ and has been involved with Universidade de Pernambuco since 2016, focusing on data science and analytics. As a co-founder and director of Women Who Code, Andrêza advocates for women in technology. Educational qualifications include a doctoral degree in computer science and a master's degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, complemented by a bachelor's degree in information systems from Universidade Federal do Pará.
