Fernando Teixeira

Fernando Teixeira is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of computer science and technology. Currently serving as a Professor at UFSJ - Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei since February 2010, Fernando is involved in teaching, research, and outreach at the university's advanced campus. Prior to this role, Fernando was the Project Management Office Manager at Squadra Digital, overseeing software operations and transformation projects from October 2002 to January 2010. Additionally, experience includes leadership roles in project modernization at Oi and Telemig Celular, system architecture in Java, and teaching mobile applications architecture at IGTI. Earlier career stages include software development, system integration at UFMG, co-founding Eteg Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., and network administration during an internship at PoP-MG. Fernando holds a Ph.D. in Distributed Systems, an MBA in Strategic Management of IT, and a master's degree in Computer Science, all from reputable institutions.
