Francesco Finazzi

Francesco Finazzi is a full professor at the University of Bergamo since February 2009, where Francesco has also held positions as an associate professor, ricercatore RTD-B, researcher, and assegnista di ricerca. Additionally, Francesco is the founder of the Earthquake Network citizen science initiative, established in January 2013. Since January 2012, Francesco has served as a research affiliate at the School of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of Glasgow. Francesco Finazzi earned a PhD in Statistics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca between November 2005 and October 2009 and a Laurea in Ingegneria informatica from Università degli Studi di Bergamo from October 2000 to September 2005.
